Kerry Cisneroz, Manager
Kerry began his career in escrow in 1989 as messenger for the Chino office. He worked his way up to the front desk, then to an assistant, and then to an escrow officer, and finally the manager in 2000. Kerry runs a department, known throughout the office as "Team KC", that specializes in mobile homes
and real estate, and is assisted by 6 team members. He prides himself in finding a solution to most any problem and presenting escrow differently than all other companies, with fast, accurate service, at the
lowest cost in town.

Kevin Cisneroz, Operations Executive
Kevin was once our public relations representative.  After a 5 year absence where he learned full knowledge of the industry, by working at a mobile home lender and as a real estate loan underwriter, he returns as our Operations Executive.  He is overseeing the corporation as a whole and working to grow the company in the future.  Kevin also assists our Account Manager, Denise Durbin, in marketing the company...

Denise Durbin, Account Manager Chino
Denise, is the Account Manger of Inland Empire Escrow. Denise visits clients and promotes the company for continued and new business.

Sue Ortiz, Escrow Officer
Sue is our dairy land and cow escrow expert. She has been handling escrows for the sale of herds of cows and quota for over 23 years and also the sale of dairy land to developers for over 15 years. She started in escrow in 1977, and owned her own independent escrow office in the 1990’s. She and her Team “SO”, Shirley and Adriana, also specialize in high liability commercial and residential real estate, 1031 exchanges and refinances.

Heather MacKay, Jr. Escrow Officer
Heather works in the mobile home department processing all types of mobile home transactions. 
Heather is always willing to process escrows promptly for her clients.

Melanie Cisneroz, Jr. Escrow Officer
Melanie began her escrow career in the Chino office in 1995. She transferred to Alliance Title Escrow in San Jose in 2002. In 2005 she returned to the area and
rejoined Kerry and his real estate team. Melanie is sure to please you with her sweet personality.
Melanie is married to Kerry's brother Kevin, which makes Kerry and Melanie a great team that works
together well.

Jackie Burse, Escrow Officer "Team KC"
Jackie has years of escrow knowledge, having worked in the industry for over 10 years, and even managed an office in the Covina area. She is the real estate department supervisor for Kerry’s “Team KC” and is always willing to take on a task with her positive attitude and expertise.


Adriana Ortiz, Jr. Escrow Officer
Adriana began her escrow career in the Chino office in 2003. Adriana is Sue’s daughter, which makes Sue
and Adriana a great team that works together well.  She is an asset to the office.  She is knowledgeable
and is sure to keep you happy.

Rosie Dover, Office Secretary
Rosie Dover is our office secretary and manages the front office and often plays second receptionist. She processes our banking nightly and manages our office equipment and supplies.  Rosie takes pride in ensuring our office runs smoothly.

Kimberly A. Hohberg, Escrow Officer
Kimberly has been with the company since 1987 when the doors first opened! She started her career as a receptionist and soon became an escrow assistant working in the Mobile Home Department. Kimberly worked hard, learned all about the industry, and began processing Real Estate Refinance and Purchase transactions. In 2004 she was promoted to Sr. Escrow Officer. Kim states that service is number one to her and she has the knowledge to provide her clients with quick turn times and accurate information. She is a Mobile Home and Real Estate Escrow expert!

Shastin Angel, Jr. Escrow Officer Team "KC"
Shastin began her career in escrow at Inland Empire Escrow in 2002. She processes real estate escrows and is a great asset to our office. She is a proactive, friendly, knowledgeable, fast processing employee who will get your transaction closed quickly.

Jacob Basset, Messenger
Jacob joined the IEE team in 2009. He is an important part of our day to day functions as he ensures that our Realtors, Brokers, Loan Officers, and Mobile Home Dealers receive their documents in a timely manner via our free messenger service. Call for a pick up or delivery to see his smiling face.
