History
of Inland Empire Escrow
Inland Empire Escrow, was opened in September
1987 by Linda M. Cooper,
an escrow officer who had over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Linda left Spring Mountain Escrow as manager, to start her own escrow
office, with the desire to offer service to the public in a whole new
style.
Opening with just two employees in 1987, Linda trained each employee to
process escrow with the thought that detail and the client’s
satisfaction were the two most important factors in an escrow, along
with always having the lowest escrow fee compared to her competitors.
Linda innovated the escrow industry by introducing mobile home escrow
to the Inland Valley.
Inland Empire Escrow became, and still is, the top escrow company for
mobile homes in the entire Inland Valley. We also process every other
type of escrow, including bulk sales, refinance, 1031 exchanges,
tracts, and even cows. (Yes, they do escrow cows when sold).
In October, 1997, Linda expanded her company by opening a second
branch, in Norco, which has all the capabilities as the new corporate
office in Chino. The little independent escrow company had grown, moved
to a larger location down the street on Central Ave., and now consists
of 26 employees.
With over 20 years of experience, Inland Empire Escrow has proven to be
the leader in the escrow industry, and will continue to offer the
fastest, most accurate, and low cost service. We hope that we may be of
